Are your bassist woes behind you?
B: "We`ve got Jon Walker playing with us now. We`ve always been really good friends and it`s really well."

Why did you fire Brent?
B: "We`d been talking about kicking him out for awhile and then we actually did. It sucks doing it because it`s not a very fan situation to go through, but we thought it was best for the band because of the direction we`re headed in. He just wasn`t prepared to progress with  us musically. It was a completely musical decision. It`s horrible that it`s come to this, but we hope the best for him in the future."

Is it true you did it by phone?
В: "We talked to him on the speaker phone, and we asked hime if hewanted to know any of the reasons why we were kicking him out andpretty much the only thing he asked us was,"How much am I getting paid?". Thet gives you some clue as to how involved he was. We were willing to talk to him and he didn`t want to. That`s understandable, buthe wasn`t willing to work for were we`re progressing. He just wasn`t interested in being a part of anything that was happening with the band. It`s a shitty situetion but it`s a business matter."

What else coming up for you this summer?
В: "We`re halfway through our tour right now andwe`re doing that for another month and then we`ve got some time off, finally! Then we`re playing some festivals in the UK - it`s a little crazy right now."

Sounds exhausting.
B: "It doesn`t really  matter to me - if I wasn`t doing this I`d just b sitting around in my house watching movies."

What was the best summer of your youth?
В: "I`d say probably right now because usually when summers came around I`d just be hanging out  killing time I wouldn`t want to be doing anything other than this I mean I`m playing music to tens of thousands of people. The reaction we`ve been getting has totally surprised us. We`ve been hanging out with our fans and it`s great how into us they are. "

Getting any fans that are a little too eager?
В: "We have had some people bordering on stalker-ish behaviour but we`re handling that. And we do have some fans thriwling themselves at band members but I`m not really a rocker in that sense. I pretty much just sit on the bus and watch DVDs. A lot of Family Guy and cheesy horror movies. Cabin Fever was pretty good..."

Sounds like you need some time off.
В: "Definiteiy. No rehearsing no playing..."

What are your plans?
В: "Probably sitting in my room and sleeping all day. As little as possible."

But you live in Las Vegas!
В: "I`s nothing like what people expect. We`re still too young to gamble so that  isn`t really our scene. Growing up was pretty normal because there`s the strip that goes on for a couple of miles and then these suburban areas. People played soccer or baseball - it was nothing out of the ordinary."
